Pets Welcome — One-Time $25 Registration Fee Responsible pet owners pay just $25 once — no monthly pet fees, ever.

PetScreening Required for All Residents

To maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all our communities, Bayou Communities requires all residents — including those without pets — to complete a PetScreening profile. This applies to:

  • • Pet owners — complete a Pet Profile for each animal
  • • Non-pet owners — complete a No-Pet Profile
  • • Assistance animal owners — complete an Assistance Animal Profile (no fee)

PetScreening is a free, third-party service that helps communities formalize pet policies and improve accountability. Creating your profile is quick and easy.

Create Your Profile

Select the appropriate profile type — Pet, No-Pet, or Assistance Animal — and complete the required information.

Pay Registration Fee

Pet owners pay the one-time $25 registration fee. No-Pet and Assistance Animal profiles are always free.
